3.2 Client Project Data
In the course of providing services, we may process:

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract.
3.3 Payment Data
Payment transactions are processed exclusively by bank transfer and/or Revolut. Júlia Martín Albert does not collect, store, or process card or banking details. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and are independent data controllers for payment data.

To contact you back once you've reached out in order to discuss and fullfill the services booked.
To book an online meeting once you've contact us via email, when needed.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not operate a newsletter.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
Contact form data: Up to 12 months from last contact, unless a project commences.
Project and client data: Up to 5 years from project completion, in accordance with Spanish commercial and tax law obligations (Código de Comercio Art. 30; Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria).
Client footage: Deleted upon project completion or within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared in the following circumstances:
Framer (hosting): The website is hosted on Framer. Framer may process basic technical data (IP address, browser type) as part of website operation. See Framer's privacy policy at framer.com/privacy.
Payment processors: Bank Transfer and Revolut process payment data. These are independent controllers.
Legal obligation: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Where third-party processors handle data on our behalf, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place per Article 28 GDPR.
7. International Transfers
Framer is a EU-based company. Data transfers by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Revolut also operate under appropriate transfer mechanisms. We don't otherwise transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
