Product Vision

The platform defines multi-role user flows, onboarding, and interaction patterns tailored to a B2B marketplace in the music industry. It supports responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring usability for professionals working in different contexts. A scalable design system was built by adapting shadcn/ui, enabling consistent UI patterns, faster iteration, and support for both light and dark modes. As new features emerged, custom components were designed to maintain usability, accessibility, and visual coherence.

Problem

I worked as a freelance Lead UX/UI and Product Designer, partnering closely with founders and stakeholders from early discovery through MVP and V0–V2 delivery. I defined product strategy, UX architecture, onboarding flows, and interaction design to support a complex B2B marketplace with multiple user roles. I also led the brand identity work, designing the Artiverse logo (A + V — Arti + Verse), inspired by the idea of a split concert ticket symbolizing the exchange between artists and venues. This extended into a flexible brand system derived from stakeholder workshops and research insights, adaptable across digital product, physical activations, and merchandise. In parallel, I designed the responsive web application and initial landing page, ensuring alignment between product experience and brand expression throughout early iterations.
