Product Vision
The concept explored radio-style meditation streams built around emotional states such as calm, focus, sleep, and recovery, removing the need to choose individual sessions. The experience emphasized minimal interaction, curated ambient sound design, and seamless entry and exit points to support effortless daily use. A lightweight personalization approach was also considered, avoiding intrusive algorithms in favor of a calmer, more intentional listening experience.
Problem
This was a solo project in which I led the entire product lifecycle from early ideation through to high-fidelity prototyping. I developed the initial concept, carried out market and competitive research, and defined the product strategy, positioning, and potential business opportunities. I mapped the user journeys and experience architecture before designing the UX/UI and interaction flows, with a strong focus on clarity, simplicity, and emotional usability. In parallel, I created the brand identity, visual language, and tone of voice to ensure a cohesive experience across every touchpoint. The project also included copywriting and content structuring, shaping how information and messaging were communicated throughout the product. The final outcome was a polished high-fidelity prototype designed in Figma.
Result
Medistation reflects my approach to rethinking saturated markets through conceptual product thinking and experience-led design. The project focused on creating a product centered around emotional states and mental well-being, exploring how digital experiences can feel calmer, lighter, and more human. A key part of the work involved reducing complexity through intentional UX restraint, prioritizing simplicity and passive engagement over feature-heavy interaction patterns. Throughout the project, I balanced brand identity, user experience, and broader business considerations to shape a cohesive product vision. More broadly, the project showcases my interest in building calm, human-centered products where the quality of the experience itself becomes the core feature.
