Product Vision
SplitFlow turns split sheets into a simple, transparent, mobile workflow that artists can complete in minutes, directly from their phone, while the collaboration is still fresh. From studio idea to signed credits in under five minutes.
Problem
This was a solo project where I led the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and problem definition to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma. I conducted market and competitive research, defined the product strategy and feature priorities, and explored potential business models. I also designed the user journeys, mobile UX architecture, and interface interactions, while developing the branding, naming, visual identity, and overall product messaging to create a cohesive end-to-end experience.
Result
SplitFlow demonstrates my ability to identify high-friction workflows in creative industries and redesign them into mobile-first, trust-driven products. It translates complex legal and administrative processes into clear, intuitive user experiences. The project reflects a holistic approach across product strategy, UX, business logic, and branding, with a focus on clarity, fairness, and speed. It highlights how I approach early-stage product definition in systems where these factors directly affect revenue and professional relationships.
