Product Vision
Most binaural meditation experiences are delivered through apps and digital interfaces, competing for attention within the same devices that cause distraction and cognitive overload. There is an opportunity to create a dedicated, screen-free object that supports focus, ritual, and presence treating sound as a physical experience rather than a background feature. Idea: I want to have my own analogic radio-synth to generate binaural meditations. Inspiration: Inspired by Monroe Institute research in Binaural Meditation, transpa.rent for industrial design and Apple for the storytelling.
Problem
This was a solo project where I led the entire product lifecycle from initial concept development through to high-fidelity 3D modeling and rendering. I explored binaural sound and meditation practices through research to inform the product direction, then defined its strategy, positioning, and overall experience. I also worked through industrial design considerations, including form factor, materials, and portability, while developing the visual identity and color system to support a cohesive product expression. The project was completed with product storytelling, copywriting, and detailed 3D visualization to communicate the final concept. The Binaural Sound System® reimagines binaural meditation as a tangible, analog ritual: a standalone radio-synth designed to generate immersive binaural frequencies without notifications, interfaces, or algorithmic noise. A device you tune into, not scroll through.
Result
This project demonstrates my ability to design physical products with emotional intent and translate abstract experiences like sound, meditation, and presence into tangible form. It reflects a cross-disciplinary approach spanning strategy, industrial design, branding, and storytelling, with a focus on creating cohesive, future-facing concepts with a clear point of view. The Binaural Sound System showcases my approach to hardware-adjacent product thinking, combining function, form, and narrative into a unified vision.
